Game Day Activities:

Pre-Game Party at McNamara Center:
GameDayAll Gopher fans are invited to celebrate Gopher football by gathering before all home games at the McNamara Alumni Center. Starting three hours prior to kickoff, food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase. Activities include entertainment and college football games shown on jumbo screens. Tell your friends to meet at the MAC!

The Gopher Victory Walk (GVW) will take place on the Tribal Nations Plaza 2 hours prior to kick off.

The U of M Marching Band show will take place immediately following the GVW on the Tribal Nations Plaza

WCCO Radio Pre-Game Show with Mike Grimm presented by Learfield Sports will take place on the Tribal Nations Plaza one hour prior to every game.

Other family friendly and sponsor activities will be taking place around the stadium every game.

Game Day Program Cover
1960 National Champions Team to be featured on the game program. They will share space with the regular game feature on the cover.

Commemorative Button (right)
Button New this year, be sure to arrive early to be one of the first 5,000 fans to enter the stadium to receive a commemorative button, the second in a series of seven for each home game this season.

2 hours prior to kick off:
1960 team members will be at end of Gopher Victory Walk (at the black gates) to welcome the team into the stadium.

90 minutes to kick off:
Team members to be seated at tables in the open area inside the stadium (near the black gates) to sign autographs for fans (45 min. session) Marketing will produce a vintage 1960 Season Poster for the team to sign.

1 hour prior to kick off:
Selected team members to participate in media interviews and live interviews on WCCO Radio Pre-Game Show with Mike Grimm.

Coin Toss: 
1960 team captain Greg Larson will participate. 

In-Game 1960 Team Presentation: 
On field 1960 team presentation will take place at halftime with Athletics Director Joel Maturi.

In-Game Feature: 
The 1960 team will be featured in the "Golden Moments" video segment during the game.
